CNC 3, 4, and 5 Axis Milling

Standard equipment for machine shops, a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling machine with 3 axis (XYZ) processes a part, or material in billet form, by securing it in place by means some means of fixture. In this process, the part does not move. A spinning tool is applied to remove material. Complex shapes can be created in this process. Adding a 4th axis capability to the machine adds an additional rotational positioning function. A further 5th axis allows for an additional 2 rotational axis.

CNC Milling centers with a variety of table sizes and machining capability means our milling capability, and interchangeability of production jobs allows for flexibility of scheduling, and fast turn-around of your requirements.

There is also single table, pallet change technology that can also be leveraged to keep your costs low.

Talnea has multiple CNC Milling machines with 3 and 4th axis capability available.
