CNC Turning

Standard equipment for machine shops, a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) turning machine processes a part, or material either in bar or billet form, by holding material or a part and spinning it on an axis while applying tools to cut material away. Since the part itself is spinning, a symmetrical result is created.

Take advantage of the Talnea CNC Turning Centers that provide a wide range of capability, from as small as 1/16″ up to as large as 14″ chucking.

Through spindle capability is just over three inch through the bore. Interchangeability within the turning centers allows us to properly utilize available time and corresponding machining requirements to service your needs, whether that be long range plans or  unexpected spikes in production.

Talnea has multiple CNC Turning machines available.
